How ElevenMaps works
From your birth details to a map you can read, in a few minutes. Here is what happens at each step, and what happens to your data.
1. Your birth details
Your birth place, date and, if you know it, time. The place is matched against a list stored on our own server, so what you type is not sent to any third party.
2. Your lines
We calculate where the Sun, the Moon and eight planets stood when you were born, using NASA JPL data, and draw 40 lines on a world map. It takes a couple of seconds.
3. Your top 3, free
Your free map shows three places near your strongest lines, each from a different line, with a short explanation of what that line may bring out.
4. The full report
If you want more, the full report is a 29-page PDF: every line explained, your top 20 places with a page each, and maps for love, career and home. It is created automatically and emailed to you within minutes.
What happens to your data
- Free map: your birth details are used to draw the map and are not stored.
- Full report: your birth details and email are erased as soon as your report is delivered. If a delivery fails we keep them for up to 14 days so we can retry, then erase them.
- AI: an AI service helps write the personal notes in your report. It receives your calculated lines and places, never your birth date, time or place.

Questions
Do I need my exact birth time?
An exact time gives precise lines, because they shift by about one degree of longitude for every four minutes of time. Without a time you still get a map: we use noon and mark the lines as approximate, so read it for regions and themes rather than exact cities.
How long does the full report take?
It is created automatically and emailed to you within a few minutes of payment. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to contact@elevenmaps.com.
Is this a prediction?
No. Astrocartography is an astrological tradition. We use it as a prompt for reflection about places, not to predict events or advise on decisions.
What if I’m not happy with my report?
Write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you, without asking you to justify it. See the refund policy.
