Refund policy

Not happy with your astrocartography report? Write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you, without asking you to justify it.

We want your report to be useful. If it isn’t, we’ll refund you.

14-day refund promise

If you are not satisfied with a report, write to contact@elevenmaps.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and the email used to order. You don’t need to justify your request, although your feedback helps us improve.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Payhip. We process them within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show the money.

Wrong birth details

If you made a mistake in your birth details, write to us before asking for a refund: we can usually send you a corrected report for free.

Legal withdrawal right

This promise is voluntary. It is separate from the legal right of withdrawal, which does not apply to digital content delivered immediately (see our terms of sale).
