These terms apply to every purchase made from ElevenMaps through elevenmaps.com. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

ElevenMaps sells personalized digital astrocartography reports in PDF format, created from the birth details you provide. Each product page describes what the report contains. The reports are made for insight and reflection and do not predict events (see our disclaimer).

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. VAT is not applicable (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). Payment is taken at the time of order through Payhip and its payment providers. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Your birth details

You enter your birth details before checkout. The accuracy of your report depends on the details you give, especially the time of birth. If you do not know your birth time you receive a simplified report, as described on the product page.

Delivery

Your report is created automatically and sent by email, usually within 5 minutes of payment. If you have not received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to contact@elevenmaps.com.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU and French consumer law (article L221-28 13° of the Code de la consommation), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately. Before payment you expressly agree that delivery starts straight away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

Independently of the legal rules above, we offer a voluntary refund if you are not satisfied: write to us within 14 days of your purchase. See our refund policy.

Use of the reports

Reports are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share them with friends and family, but you may not resell or publish them.

Liability

Reports are provided for insight and reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or immigration advice, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the report concerned, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, write first to contact@elevenmaps.com. These terms are governed by French law. Consumers also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
